PLANS

A 2D floor plan is a diagram that indicates the format of an area from above along with the partitions and rooms. A 2D ground plan is a “flat” drawing, without attitude or depth. A 2D ground plan may be a sketch, a blueprint or a computerised drawing.

A 3D floor plan is a 3D view of a house or plot. 3D means that the floor plan shows perspective and elevation. Unlike 2D floor plans, 3D floor plans contain details to help you understand the space.
