WHAT ARE PRODUCT 360 VIEWS?

Definition.

product 360 views, also known as 360-degree product images or spins, are a form of interactive imagery that allow users to view a product from multiple angles. This technology enables potential customers to rotate the product, providing a comprehensive view of the item from all sides. By using a series of still images taken at different angles or a video that loops around the product, viewers can interact with the presentation by clicking and dragging to see specific parts of the product in more detail.

These views are particularly effective in online retail, where physical inspection of merchandise is not possible. They enhance the user experience, providing a better sense of the product’s shape, size, and design, which can help in reducing purchase uncertainty and increasing buyer confidence. 360 views are widely used in various industries, including electronics, automotive, apparel, and more, to boost consumer engagement and improve sales conversion rates.
