Renewed Partnership with Impact Capital
Rom Valley Gardens is Impact Capital Development‘s newest project and they have yet again tapped XO3D to partner with them in creating architectural renderings that will help them secure planning permission.
Rom Valley Gardens will be a smart, green and vibrant mixed use development. The project proposes inter-generational living, commercial space, outdoor exercise trail, play space, green communal areas, gym and a new NHS building for the hospital.

Havering council grants green light
Planning Permission, in simple terms, is like asking if you can do a certain piece of building work. It will be granted (possibly subject to certain conditions) or refused. Housing Today reports they have indeed secured ‘resolution to grant planning permission’ for £350m Rom Valley Gardens project. The Havering council approves plans for 972 homes to be built on a former ice rink in Romford, Essex.
Impact’s plans will now go to the Greater London Authority for Stage 2 approval, and are subject to the finalisation of a Section 106 agreement.
