About 3D Render Studio

3D Render Studio is a free, browser-based rendering tool from XO3D Labs. Uploaded models, backplates, LUTs and custom HDRIs are opened locally in your browser. Renderer libraries, decoder files, preset HDRIs and the sample model are now served from XO3D Labs rather than public asset CDNs.

What it does

3D Render Studio opens common 3D formats in a browser-based render workspace with path tracing, HDRI lighting, reflections, depth of field, editable materials, studio lights, local screenshots and high-resolution export.

Uploads and privacy

Uploaded models, backplates, LUTs and custom HDRIs are opened locally in the browser and are not uploaded to XO3D. Share links save settings only and do not include uploaded files.

Dependencies and export

The renderer bundle, Draco decoder, KTX2/Basis transcoder, meshopt decoder, six preset HDRIs and sample model are served from XO3D Labs. Save PNG and high-resolution Export both download locally without an email gate.

What does 3D Render Studio do?

Upload a 3D model in common production formats and preview it with browser-based path tracing, HDRI lighting, reflections, depth of field, editable materials and local PNG exports.

Are my model files uploaded?

No. Uploaded models, backplates, LUTs and custom HDRIs are opened locally in the browser. Share links save settings only and do not include uploaded files.

Does it load its renderer from public CDNs?

No. The renderer modules, decoder files, preset HDRIs and sample model are now served from XO3D Labs. The disabled Poly Haven browser would still use Poly Haven if it is approved and enabled later.

Is 3D Render Studio free to use?

Yes. The renderer is free to use, with no account, login, trial or paywall.

Do I need to install anything or sign up?

No installation is needed. The tool runs in a WebGL2-capable browser, with no desktop app or plugin.

Do I have to give my email address?

No. Save PNG and high-resolution Export both download locally without an email gate.
