WHAT IS 3D ANIMATED COLOURWAYS?

Definition.

In the context of 3D animation and rendering, “colourways” typically refer to the different colour schemes or variants that can be applied to a 3D model of a product or object. By using 3D animated colourways, we can dynamically showcase a product in multiple variations of colours and finishes, providing a visual representation of all available options without the need to create physical prototypes.

This technique is especially beneficial in industries such as fashion, interior design, and consumer goods, where visualising an item in different styles or colours can significantly enhance the decision-making process for buyers. 3D animated colourways allow us to effectively communicate the aesthetic and functional choices of a product, enabling clients and customers to explore all possibilities in an engaging and interactive manner.
