Welcome aboard

Welcome to XO3D.
Here’s what to expect.

We’ve put this page together to walk you through how we work and what each stage of the project looks like — so there are no surprises, just clear handovers from brief to final delivery.

Our process

Four stages. One clear path.

Each stage has a single decision point, so you always know what you’re approving and what comes next.

  1. Grey-card render — stage one of the XO3D process

    01

    Camera & Model Approval

We build or refine the 3D model, then present grey-card images at 2K–3K wide so you can sign off on geometry, scale and camera angles before any look development.

  2. Lit material pass — stage two of the XO3D process

    02

    Lighting & Material Approval

Materials, lighting and atmosphere come together. We share a low-resolution pass at 2K–3K wide for your feedback on surface, finish, and mood before committing to the final render.

  3. Post-production render — stage three of the XO3D process

    03

    Post-Production Approval

Renders go to full resolution, then through post-production — grading, polish, compositing. You receive the finished images at 4K–6K wide for any final minor adjustments.

  4. Final delivery — stage four of the XO3D process

    04

    Final Delivery

Final tweaks applied, master files delivered at 4K–6K wide in the formats you need — stills, social crops, animation masters or interactive packages.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

How long does a typical 3D visualisation project take?
Timing varies with scope. Smaller still-image projects can wrap in a few days; larger animation or interactive projects may run a few weeks. We give you a realistic timeline during onboarding based on your specific requirements.
What materials do I need to provide to start?
CAD or technical drawings, reference imagery, material specifications, brand guidelines, and any prior visual assets. The more we have upfront, the closer the first pass lands to your vision.
How involved am I during the project?
As involved as you want to be. Our four-stage approval process is built around your feedback at each milestone — geometry, materials, post — so the final delivery contains no surprises.
Can I make changes to the brief mid-project?
Yes. Reach out as soon as you know. We'll assess the impact on timeline and cost, and adjust the plan together. Small adjustments are part of the process; significant scope changes get re-quoted transparently.
How many revisions are included?
Minor adjustments at each approval stage are included. The number of major revisions and any costs for changes beyond that are agreed during onboarding, so there's no ambiguity later.
