Connor is Head of 3D at XO3D, leading the delivery of premium product CGI for high-end tech launches. Day to day, he oversees look development and quality control across projects — refining materials, lighting and realism, and ensuring every shot stays consistent with the brand and technically accurate to the product.

He’s meticulous about the details that make CGI feel truly premium: clean forms, believable finishes, controlled lighting, and clarity in how features are presented. Whether the goal is a hero image, a full launch film, or a scalable set of variants for marketing, Connor focuses on building a repeatable visual standard that holds up across every channel.

Connor works closely with product-led teams in tech and manufacturing, helping translate complex engineering into visuals that are simple to understand and high-impact. He’s hands-on throughout production and collaborative in reviews — keeping feedback loops fast, aligning stakeholders quickly, and guiding the team to deliver work that looks as good as the product performs.

Background

Connor’s early career as a CAD specialist developed a deep understanding of precision, structure, and how products are engineered. Working closely with industry-leading teams on complex 3D model production sharpened an ability to solve technical challenges while protecting creative intent. That foundation underpins Connor’s approach today: balancing accuracy with expression, and using form, materials, and lighting to support clean, engaging visual narratives.
