Global product launches
One direction. The right version for each market.
An international launch can need several versions of the same product story. The visual direction should remain recognisable while the product, language and approved information stay correct for each market.
XO3D can scope market-specific product CGI around a shared creative foundation. The version plan is part of the production brief.
The work shown here demonstrates product visual direction. It is not presented as evidence of a translated campaign. Market adaptation begins with a feasibility review of the product variants, approved language and delivery requirements.

Map what actually changes.
A translated line may be the smallest difference. Packaging, screen content, accessories, product finishes or available features can also vary.
Record each market against the relevant product version and required outputs. Do not assume that a film approved in one market is ready for every other destination.
Design space for language.
Text changes length. Captions need time. Some edits work better with a different pacing or layout.
Separate text and graphic elements where the production allows it. Agree who supplies and approves translations. The visual team should not invent local product claims.
Keep review connected.
Give each version a clear identifier and an approval owner. Review the product, language and delivery format together.
A change to the shared source can affect several outputs. Keep a record of which versions need rechecking and which remain approved.
Deliver with a usable manifest.
The final handover should identify the market, language, product revision, channel and approval status. Keep working previews separate from files intended for distribution.
For recurring releases, an ongoing partnership can help maintain the reference assets and production context.
Market-version questions.
Is localisation included in every launch?
No. Languages, market variants, reviewers and deliverables are agreed in the scope.
Can the studio supply translation or legal approval?
Those responsibilities must be explicitly agreed. Client-approved language and claims are needed before final production.
