Bloq.it
Highlighting New Smart Locker Features.
How XO3D launched Bloq.it’s next-generation smart locker with 10 photoreal CGI renders and a 60-second product animation — built to land on the tech show floor and the website on the same day.
The Brief
A next-gen smart locker, ready for the show floor in weeks.
Bloq.it needed to showcase the advanced capabilities and user-friendly design of their smart locker system ahead of a major tech show — with a turnaround photography couldn’t hit and a feature set traditional studios couldn’t capture in time.
The brief was clear: 10 high-detail CGI visuals at multiple angles, plus a 60-second animation showcasing functionality, sleek industrial design and the platform’s intuitive user experience.
We translated the product into a precise CGI library — photoreal materials, cinematic lighting and modular vault sequences — so the same source assets could land on the trade-show stand, the website hero and paid social inside a single launch window.
The Work
From hero film to feature close-ups — one CGI pipeline.
A complete launch library: a 60-second hero animation, side and orbit cuts, modular vault sequences and feature-led close-ups — all produced from the same 3D source for total visual consistency.
A 60-second film built for the tech show floor.
The headline animation brings the smart locker to life — front-on, screen active, materials reading true. Cinematic lighting and precise modelling give Bloq.it a presentation-grade asset that landed on the show stand and the homepage on the same day.
Sleek industrial design, every angle.
A side-profile cut highlights the slim chassis, panel breaks and screen integration — answering the questions visitors ask when they walk around the unit in real life.
Modular vault swap, explained in motion.
A focused mechanical sequence shows the vault being removed and replaced — communicating the modular service architecture that makes Bloq.it field-serviceable at scale.
A full orbit for paid social and web.
A corner-to-corner orbit packaged for paid social and product-page hero loops — same source assets, same lighting language, ready to drop into any channel without rework.
Lifestyle Environments
Interior, exterior, every condition.
Photoreal CGI environments place the locker in the contexts operators actually deploy it — interior retail, exterior streetscape, even a snow day — without a single shoot day.

Render Library
10 photoreal renders — every angle, every story.
A multi-angle library covering hero, lifestyle, top-down, low-angle, towers, screen and drawer states — drop-in ready for the website, the show stand and the sales deck.
Feature Close-Ups
Battery system, in detail.
A tight set of feature renders covering the battery-and-screen front face, low-angle battery closeup and battery replacement state — built to answer the questions operators ask about field serviceability.
Animation Library
Additional motion cuts for every channel.
A second-pass library of motion variants — alternative screen-front cuts and vault front-slide sequences — produced from the same CGI source so the visual language stays consistent across web, social and decks.
The deliverable
A full product render library, built once, used everywhere.
Beyond the launch animations, XO3D produced a complete static asset library for the Bloq.it Smart Locker, lifestyle composites, feature close-ups (touchscreen, battery system, halo indicator, base detail), system views (drawers open, towers, low-angle) and multi-device marketing assets. Every static is rendered from the same CGI pipeline as the animations so Bloq.it’s marketing channels stay visually locked.

What challenges were there during production?
Directors Commentary.
The client faced the challenge of a very short deadline for their tech show presentation.
We kept the timeline achievable through clear communication and focused feedback loops with the Bloq.it team, then built the CGI imagery and marketing animation around the locker's feature set and sleek design.
